Q : How strong Batyline can hold burden on top of it?

A : You can see from the technical specification of each Batyline type. For example ISO 52 on the Tensile Strength, it stated there if it can hold 200daN on 5X5cm. Meaning if the seat size is 40X40cm, meaning that it can hold until 128kgs.

Q : To what frame material Batyline could be matched?

A : Almost to all frame material could be matched with Batyline. All the outdoor wood, stainless steel, aluminum, rattan, etc.

Q : How to attach Batyline to the frame?

A : It depends on the system you want to use as there are some ways to do that. But definitely you will need to weld it or stitch the edges. We recommend for welding using a high frequency welding machine more than stitching as stitching may reduce the strength a little bit. Anyway, if you want to stitch it, please fold the Batyline into three layers for more safety.

Q : If we want to stitch it, what thread we should use?

A : Thread which suitable for marine is definitely good to use such as Tenara or Amman. Otherwise, you could also use nylon any thread.

Q : Can Batyline use for indoor?

A : All Batyline mesh are suitable for outdoor usage as they have UV resistance, but for Contract and Canatex, both are also suitable for indoor usage as they have Fire Resistance feature.

Q : Batyline is made of PVC, will it always acceptable to enter all countries in the world?

A : The PVC in Batyline is 100% recyclable by using TEXYLOOP Ferrari recycle technology. Thus it should be no problem to enter any country in the world.

Q: How is the composition of PVC and Polyester in percentage?

A: The PVC is taken 72% while Polyester is 28%

Q : If it torn, will it continue tearing upon certain burden?

A : Batyline mesh will only tear off because of sharp things like knifes, sharp edges, etc. Anyway if it happened, it will not continue although there is burden on top of it because of the PRECONTRAINT FERRARI and thermo-fixing technology. Q : Is Batyline safe to use for all ages?

A : Batyline is following Öko-tex Standard 100 which means that it passes over 100 harmful substances to achieve the certification. Öko-Tex Standard 100 is an ecological certification process. Thus it is safe to use for all ages.

Q : How long is the guarantee from Ferrari?

A : Ferrari gives 2 years warranty from the purchase date which is covering to the manufacturing defects. However, the Batyline itself could stay until 7-10 years outside. This material is very strong and if the frame is not well done, then the frame could be crooked, not that the Batyline will tear off by itself.

Q : How is the availability stock in Indonesia warehouse?
